You are able to purchase directly from our website using Paypal and direct bank transfers. Our payment gateway accepts all types of credit cards and can also be linked to your bank account. This enables you to pay for our products and services safely and securely.

 

  1. Orders Placed

Once your order has been placed, you will be provided with an ‘order ID’. Please store this safely until you receive your goods. You can track your order anytime on our website using the ‘Track your id’ link under the Service menu at the bottom of the Home page. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. In the event that we are out of stock for a particular product you ordered we will get back to you within 2 business days and arrange for a refund or store credit as per your preference.

All prices and offers mentioned in the website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of any GST applicable.

 

  1. Delivery

We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post – standard, express and platinum services. If using express post, the delivery is usually the next day for most locations across Australia. But please allow approx. 2 to 3 business days to receive your order if you are not a part of Australia Post’s next day delivery network. WA & remote QLD orders may take longer.
