1. How do I purchase a product?

You can view our fantastic products from the home page, online store link on the top navigation bar or product categories from the navigation bar on the left.

Purchasing online with us is very simple - Just add the items you wish to purchase to the cart. When you are ready to check-out, click on the checkout link near the top of the page (next to the cart).

When you check-out, we will need some details from you - your billing and delivery addresses, preferred postage option and your payment method.

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order number for your tracking purposes.


2. I would like to create a baby registry so that friends and family can buy items on my list. How do I do that?

If you have already registered with us, you can login with your email address and password. Otherwise you will need to register your details before you can create a baby registry.

Once you have registered and login with your email address and password, you can create a baby registry and add items to your registry. Remember – when you create your baby registry – you will be asked to enter a name, email address and due date for the baby. These details will be used by your friends and family to search for your baby registry.

3. Someone I know has created a baby registry in your site and I wish to buy something on their list. How do I do that?

To search for someone’s registry, you will need the name, email address and baby’s due date.


4. Does The Purple Orchard have a retail store?

Currently we sell our beautiful products only through our web site.


5. How can I track the status of a purchase/order that I made?

You can track your order with the order number – Click on the ‘Track your order’ link at the bottom of the page. If you need any further information, feel free to contact us via email or by phone.


6. What if I need to return something I purchased?

We will happily exchange or refund goods within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods can be returned or exchanged as long as they have not been worn, damaged or packaging tampered with and tags are still attached. Returns and exchanges need to be mailed at the customer’s expense (postage cost for faulty goods will be refunded). Please first email to discuss any returns or exchanges. 7. Is it safe to shop online with The Purple Orchard?

At The Purple Orchard we are very conscious of your personal details. Your payment is processed securely via PayPal (where you can use your Paypal account or Credit Card). You can also choose to pay via Direct  Deposit from your bank account to our account. We also have a cash-on-delivery option via Australia Post. At no time, do we have access to your credit card details.


8. How can I locate or find out more about a particular product?

Most of the key information for a particular product is listed on our website. If you are not able to find the specific information you are looking for, feel free to contact us via email or by phone.
