Returns policy

We will happily exchange or refund goods within 14 business days of receipt of goods. Goods can be returned or exchanged as long as they have not been worn, damaged or packaging tampered with and tags are still attached. Returns and exchanges need to be mailed at the customer’s expense (postage cost for faulty goods will be refunded). Please note: All sales items are final.

Exchanges: Please include a copy of your receipt along with the goods (not worn or damaged and packaging/tags still intact) and a self-addressed pre-paid satchel for your new items to be sent in and a note advising us of your needs. We are unable to refund postage costs.

Returns: Please include a copy of your receipt along with the goods (not worn or damaged and packaging/tags still intact) and you will be credited for the goods once the items have been received. We are unable to refund postage costs.

Returns for faulty items: Please include a copy of your receipt along with the goods (not worn and packaging/tags still intact) and a note advising of the fault/damage. You will be credited for the goods and postage (include copy of return postage receipt), once the items have been received and the fault is approved.
